Farmingdale, NY (SmithtownRadio.com) – The New York State Police Farmingdale has activated the New York State AMBER Alert and is investigating a confirmed child abduction that occurred on Hallock St, in Farmingdale, NY at about 2:00 PM on 10/5/2012.
The CHILD, Robert  Rodriguez, Jr is a White male, approximately 9 years old with brown hair and green eyes. He is approximately 4 feet tall and weighs about 50 pounds. The child has autism.
The SUSPECT, Robert Rodriguez is a White male, approximately 31 years old with brown hair and green eyes. He is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds.
Suspect abducted the 9 yr old victim after he learned of a police investigation in which he is the suspect in the homicide of another child       Anyone with any information on this abduction is asked to call the New York State Police Farmingdale at (866)N Y S-AMBER or dial 911 to provide information on a report or sighting.
