Kings Park, NY (SmtihtownRadio.com) – The Kings Park High School community Tuesday dedicated a new flag in memory of Tommy Butler, a Kings Park resident who was killed on September 11th.
Ninth grader Cassie Butler, the niece and goddaughter of Tommy, raised the flag to full staff before lowering both it and the American flag back to half staff Tuesday during a September 11th memorial ceremony. The flag, two of which were donated by Tommy’s brother Steven, had previously flown at the World Trade Center.
