Albany County sheriff charge mother in killing of Gabriel Philby-Zetsche

Albany County, NY (SmithtownRadio.com) – Police in upstate New York have charged the mother of a Commack High School graduate with his murder, according to Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple.

Gabriel Philby-Zetsche, 22, was discovered inside his Westerlo home Monday morning, police say. They believe his mother, Tracey Zetzsche, 52, stabbed him to death last Thursday.

Tracey Zetzsche is facing second-degree murder. She was arraigned in court Tuesday.

Gabriel Philby-Zetsche graduated Commack High School in 2009 before moving with his mom to Albany County.
