Around 8 p.m., Joe Escobar was driving at a high rate of speed westbound on the Long Island Expressway service road with his 10-month-old daughter and pregnant girlfriend on-board, police say. Helen was taken to Steven and Alexandra Cohen Children’s Medical Center of New York in New Hyde Park.
