Evening News Update
Good evening. I’m James Brierton.
With the weather outside feeling like 100 degrees today, the National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory in effect until 7pm tonight. Temperatures themselves remain in the low-to-mid 90s but when you factor in the humidity it feels more like triple digits outside. Temperatures this weekend are expected to return to the lower 90s but a heat advisory was not expected to be issued.
