Yankees finish their sweep of the Atlanta Braves with a 3-2 win down in Georgia. Alex Rodriguez continued his great series with an RBI in the top of the 1st. Braves went up 2-1 with a Brian McCann homer in the bottom of the 4th. They weren’t down for long though, Curtis Granderson responded with a two run shot in the top of the 5th. The Yankees will now make their way back north after an off day, opening a series tomorrow with the Washington Nationals in D.C.

Mets continue their great play with another rout defeating the Tampa Bay Rays 9-1. Andres Torres went 3 for 5 and drove in two RBIs. Series concludes this afternoon with a Jeremy Hellickson and Johan Santana matchup on the mound. First pitch is at 1:10 on SNY.

Matt Cain becomes the 22nd pitched in MLB history to throw a perfect game. He allowed no men base and surrendered no runs in the San Francisco Giants 10-0 win over the Houston Astros.

Two days after the Devils season ended, soon to be free agent Zach Parise says he wants to return to New Jersey and that he will not sign with the Rangers. Parise is expected to be the top player on the market this offseason when free agency begins on July 1st.

NBA Finals continue tonight with Game 2. Oklahoma City Thunder look to go up 2-0 against the Miami Heat before the series shifts to South Beach on Sunday. Tip off is at 9 on ABC.
