A Connecticut teen is in serious condition at Stony Brook hospital after a crash last night in Hauppauge. Suffolk police at 17-year-old Todd Slater ran the red light at Route 347 and Route 111 colliding with another car. The driver and passenger is the other car suffered minor injuries. Witnesses are asked to call police.

The Relay for Life of Smithtown brought in over 42-thousand dollars for the American Cancer Society Saturday. The 12-hour event honored cancer survivors and honored those who have passed. We’ll have more coming up on SmithtownRadio.com.

A Smithtown man was rescued from his sinking boat in Smithtown Bay Friday. The 45-year-old’s boat began taking on water around 5:30p. Police were able to locate the boat and bring it and the man safely back to shore.
