A photo released by the New England Journal of Medicine shows what thirty years of continued exposure to the sun can do.

The image shows extensive wrinkling and damage on the man’s left side of his face. The man, whose name was not released, was a truck driver. The left side of his face was closet to the window whereas the right side is barely damaged.
