East Northport, NY (SmithtownRadio.com) – First arrested Tuesday for driving under the influence with children in the car, Aaron Tarkin was arrested again the following day for starting an East Northport fire.

An investigation by Suffolk County Police Arson Squad detectives determined Aaron Tarkin, 25, started a fire at 725 Glenridge Lane, on February 13 at 11:41 p.m.

Tarkin was charged with Arson 2nd Degree Wednesday. A day earlier, he was charged with driving under the influence Tuesday when he drove drunk with his two young children in the car.

Tarkin is scheduled for arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip on February 23.
