Approximately 150 students at a Hauppauge elementary school have become sicken, according to report

Hauppauge, NY (SmithtownRadio.com) – Some 150 students from a Hauppauge elementary school have become sickened with a stomach virus, Hauppauge Patch reports.

Nearly 150 of the 600 students at Pines Elementary School were absent from class Friday.

James Stucchio, assistant superintendent for the Hauppauge School District, told Patch the district stuck to its regular cleaning procedures this weekend.
