Ridge, NY (SmithtownRadio.com) – A gas station in Ridge was one of thirteen businesses police sent an undercover, underaged volunteer into to buy alcohol. It was the only business busted for selling alcohol to the minor.

On Wednesday, Gurjinder Singh, 32, of Wyandanch, was arrested and charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st degree for selling alcohol to the underage agent. The business will also be referred to the State Liquor Authority

Singh works for the BP Gas Station on Route 25 in Ridge.

The other 12 businesses refused the sale of alcohol to the underage agent.

Singh was held overnight to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Thursday,
