Commack, NY (SmithtownRadio.com) - Suffolk County Police issued a Commack man a summons for allowing the consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors during a party in Commack early Sunday morning.

Suffolk County police responded to 17 Ulster Court in Commack after a 911 caller reported a loud party. When Fourth Precinct officers arrived, they observed minors drinking alcohol and playing a drinking game.

Patrick Perillo, 20, who lives at the home and was hosting the party was issued an appearance ticket for violating the Social Host Law. He is scheduled to appear in First District Court in Central Islip on August 30.

Isn’t it strange that we don’t know what the outcome is?  Was it pushed under the table?

Thanks for trying! Can’t imagine why there is nothing on file.  Isn’t it supposed to be public knowledge?

He wasn’t arrested, so this article is false. when they say minors they mean all kids were 20 years old in their 3rd year of college. The cops only came because there was a party next door that had about 60+ people when this so called “party” had 13 people and they obviously walked into the wrong house.

An appearance ticket is issued in place of an arrest, but is an arrest.
